Canonic Labs is a core driver the growth for Canonic, led by 0xNerdz.
The team used previously involved with algorithmic trading on DEXes and have since expanded to building them as well. It seemed almost certain from the 2020 DeFi summer that order book DEXes would have taken over the DeFi market. However, in 2025, this is still not the case. The team felt that DeFi was being underserved, and hence the motivation for Canonic.
